This section authorizes the Minnesota Commissioner of Human Services to terminate all or part of state grant funds allocated to a county board and require repayment if the funds are not being used as specified in the approved grant application, pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 245.483. It is an enforcement/financial accountability provision within a chapter governing the distribution of behavioral health grants to county boards.
