§

Subpart 1.

Scope. 

Unless otherwise defined in this part, the terms used in parts

Subp. 3.

County funds. 

"County funds" means funds available to a county through county levies, state block grants, federal block grants, family preservation grants under Minnesota Statutes, section 
256F.05
, and state revenues distributed in lieu of property taxes or other revenue sharing.

Subp. 4.

Grant period. 

"Grant period" means the time period in the grant application approved by the commissioner.
