This section requires mental health residential programs to include in their policy and procedures manual a complete statement of philosophy and goals, covering the geographic area served, the design and methodology of program services, and the scope of services offered. It is a documentation/policy requirement applicable to licensed mental health residential facilities under this chapter.

This statement shall include, but not be limited to, a description of: § A. the geographical area to be served; § B. the design and methodology of program services; and § C. the scope of services offered.
