Each mental health residential program must develop and maintain a written policy and procedures manual containing all materials required by Minn. R. 9520.0550 through 9520.0630, covering areas such as purpose, organization, personnel, admissions, and resident rights. The manual must be made available for inspection by the Minnesota Department of Human Services upon request.
