This regulation requires each licensed Community Mental Health Center (CMHC) in Kansas to compile and report operational and community-utilization data and statistics to the division as required. The specific reporting requirements are developed by the division in consultation with the Association of Community Mental Health Centers and other relevant parties. Facility operators must comply with whatever data submission standards the division establishes under this authority.

(a) Each center shall compile and report to the division data and statistics concerning the operations of the center and its utilization by the community as the division may require.
