This regulation requires Community Mental Health Center licensees in Kansas to cooperate with department employees assigned to provide technical assistance or monitor ongoing compliance with Article 60 licensing requirements. Cooperation must include providing reasonable access to all facilities, administrative records, clinical records, and treatment or service activities. Licensees must also allow department staff to assist in developing quality improvement programs.

Departmental assistance; cooperation with compliance monitoring. One or more employees of the division may be assigned by the department to provide technical assistance to a licensee or to assist a licensee in developing its quality improvement program or other similar responsibilities. Each licensee shall cooperate with that employee's efforts and with that employee's monitoring of the licensee's ongoing compliance with the requirements of this article. This cooperation shall include providing that employee with reasonable access to all of the facilities and administrative records of the licensee and to all clinical records and treatment or service activities of the licensee.
