This regulation adopts by reference the Kansas Department of Social and Rehabilitation Services' 2006 standards document for licensure and certification of alcohol and/or other drug abuse treatment programs. Facility operators providing alcohol and drug abuse treatment in Kansas must comply with the standards set forth in that referenced document. The regulation serves as the foundational licensing authority for SUD treatment programs under Article 31.
