30-26-11. Definition of medical information.

The term medical information as used in this regulation shall be considered to include but not limited to the following:

(1) Discharge summaries.

(2) Laboratory reports.

(3) X-ray reports.

(4) Diagnostic reports.

(5) Physical, psychiatric or psychological reports or general medical reports.

(6) Social histories.
