This article of the Indiana Administrative Code, Title 440, governed the certification of substance abuse treatment programs under the Division of Addiction Services, including methadone maintenance, detoxification, residential, outpatient, and intensive outpatient substance abuse programs. All rules within this article have been repealed and are no longer in effect. Compliance staff should note that no active regulatory requirements remain under this article; current certification requirements for substance use treatment programs will be found in successor regulations.
