RELATES TO: KRS 210.053 STATUTORY AUTHORITY: KRS 210.053 NECESSITY, FUNCTION, AND CONFORMITY: KRS 210.053 requires the cabinet to promulgate administrative regulations to establish and administer the community behavioral health training program. (1) "Cabinet" means the Cabinet for Health and Family Services.
