This section specifies that all forms referenced in Florida's Baker Act chapter (governing mental health receiving and treatment facilities) are available on the Department's website. Forms may be modified to accommodate electronic health records, provider identification, and electronic signatures, but must retain all required statutory and rule information. All completed forms must be maintained in the individual's clinical record.
