This rule, which governed the right to communication, abuse reporting, and visits for individuals in forensic mental health facilities under Florida's Chapter 916, has been repealed as of January 5, 2021. It formerly applied to forensic psychiatric facilities regulated by the Florida Department of Children and Families. No operative compliance obligations remain under this section.
