This rule, now repealed, governed client eligibility criteria for placement in residential treatment programs for emotionally disturbed children under Florida's Department of Children and Families. As part of Chapter 65E-10, which licensed and set standards for residential treatment programs serving children, it established which clients qualified for placement in those facilities. The rule was repealed effective October 24, 2021.
