Providers licensed under Florida's Chapter 65D-30 substance use disorder licensing framework must display their most current license in a conspicuous, publicly accessible location within each facility. A license is valid only for the specific provider, location(s), service component, and type for which it was issued. Marketing and advertising materials must use the legal entity's registered name, and any reference to a service component must use the licensed service component name as defined in Florida statute and rule.

The most recent version of the provider’s license shall be displayed in a conspicuous, publicly accessible place within each facility.
