Appeals of Denials of Supplemental Security Income Benefits (§§ 17-273c-1)

This regulation, which governed appeals of denials of Supplemental Security Income benefits under the Psychiatric Security Review Board, was repealed on September 23, 1988. No operative regulatory requirements remain. Compliance staff need not take any action under this section.
