This regulation covers the Administration of the General Assistance Program under the Psychiatric Security Review Board. All substantive sections (17-273-1 through 17-273-10) are reserved, and the only operative section (17-273-11, regarding relatives legally liable for support) was repealed in 2014. There are no active licensing or operational standards governing any behavioral health facility type.
